GCW S2 Brawl Is War & Smack It Down Episodes 1-3

GCW Brawl Is War Episode 1:
IN RING: Jason McMichaels is in the ring, very happy to be back. He apologizes to the fans and superstars he has offended for the way he has acted in Season 1, mainly Brent Thompson, TJAYankees1, and YankeeBoi50, and vows to change his ways for the good (face turn). He says Quick Silver was never appreciating their friendship and his kindness, and when he was on his hospital bed with his wife and two daughters around him, and seeing Quick Silver come out at the Ultimate Rumble, he truly realized that Quick Silver was nothing but a fraud and a jackass. He then brings out a man of great accomplishment, dedication, fight, and a hero: Tony MacDaniels! MacDaniels comes out and says McMichaels does not need to thank him: he was only doing what was right, something that Quick Silver NEVER does. McMichaels then says that MacDaniels must still be rewarded but that brings him to his next announcement, on a business note. He applauds the extreme match that Brent Thompson and Mindfreak had at Bound to Victory, but even though Thompson retained and both he and the GCW Champion, Brent Harvanator, were drafted to opposite shows, there is a problem. According to the contract that Thompson, TJAYankees1, Mindfreak, and YankeeBoi50 signed, it states that the GM OF THE WINNING BRAND must sign the contract before the match takes place at Bound to Victory. Though TJAYankees1 signed the contract, he was the INTERIM GM. That would have worked, however, had McMichaels not come back during the show. As a result two things should have happened: 1. McMichaels should have gotten the contract to sign (which never happened) or 2. The match should have been canceled, but it wasn’t. Therefore, Mindfreak is still in debt. As a result, he is the #1 contender and will receive a GCW Championship match against champion Brent Harvanator at Backlash. He apologizes to MacDaniels but he cannot receive a GCW Championship match at this time. However, this doesn’t stop McMichaels from giving him A championship match. McMichaels calls out Claudio Giordano to the ring right now for a GCW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH! Claudio comes out and says how it is not fair that an American gets all his rewards just because he did something voluntarily and not because he earned it. Nevertheless, he’ll show MacDaniels and the whole world who Claudio Giordano is.

MATCH: GCW International Championship: (c.) Claudio Giordano vs. “American Made Muscle” Tony MacDaniels w/Jason McMichaels
- The bell rings and as Giordano is taking off his jacket when MacDaniels gives him a running knee to the head, followed by a Red, White, & Blue Thunderbomb & pin FOR THE WIN!
WINNER: Tony MacDaniels (NEW CHAMPION)- 11 seconds!- record!

After the match, Quick Silver comes out and attacks a celebrating Tony MacDaniels! McMichaels attempts to save MacDaniels, but the three eventually have to be separated by security.

INTERVIEW: Brent Harvanator is interviews about his thoughts on having to compete at Backlash against Mindfreak. Harv says he does not mind it because he’s battled through hell and back again. He is interrupted by a pissed off Jason McMichaels and says that tonight’s main event will be Tony MacDaniels & Brent Harvanator vs. Mindfreak & Quick Silver!

MATCH: Nathan Slash def. Who The Hell Is This??

BACKSTAGE: The General is interviewed as he is pissed about Larry Platt retiring. Now he has no shot at the same vengeance Platt got lucky he had. He proceeds to walk into the locker room where the 5 people from SOT that were promoted to Brawl Is War are. He greets Ty Q and Planet Hollywood as some great experienced and achieved CAW Superstars, and Bob Lastendalore for the same reason (and the fact he’s black). He then goes over to Dangerous Danny and says that Danny should be ashamed. The other 4 have done so much that he can be considered a nobody. Danny tries to argue that he has been an SOT Champion but The General just says “if only you were undefeated…” (a shot to the fact he lost to Perfecto). Danny says that tonight he will prove himself. The General yells that Danny is never going to be good enough as Danny exits.

MATCH: “Mr. Amazing” Rodney Stevens def. The Rockin’ Freebird
- After the match, Stevens got a mic and said that he was pissed at the fact he was moved to Brawl Is War after so much success and good relationships with SOC on Smack It Down. He then says if he has to start at the bottom and get back the same way he did on SID, he reluctantly will. And that starts with the Hardcore Championship! Stevens ends by telling Hardcore Champion Ken Brington he has a big target on his back.

BACKSTAGE: Quick Silver is interviewed about tonight’s main event. Silver says that he has no remorse for his past actions. In fact, he’s happy he did them. But he’s not happy about what happened at Bound to Victory. He says that tonight is the first night in his mission to remove Jason McMichaels, and Tony MacDaniels, permanently.

MATCH: Dangerous Danny def. Chris Castinalo w/Elena Vasquez
- After the match, The General runs out and beats down on Dangerous Danny. He then nails a Military Slam on Danny and tells him he will never be anything in this business.

BACKSTAGE: Joseph Tyler and Tommy O’Connor stare down eye to eye and shake hands. Both of them appear to be in new gear. They make their way to the ring.

IN RING: Joseph Tyler says that he has an announcement to make. He’s considered everything that he has witnessed and everything that has been said over his rookie season in GCW. He says it’s time to reveal his real identity- his name is not Joseph Tyler. His real name is…Joey…THOMPSON! He is the younger brother of GCW World Heavyweight Champion Brent Thompson. He says he didn’t want his real name used for 2 reasons: 1. Because of the amount of attention and expectations he would have to live up to. And 2…because he wants to be nothing like his “good for nothing brother” (Heel turn!) TOC then takes the mic and says that even though it is true that he (TOC) is related to an egotistical loser like SOC, that Joey does have one point. They don’t need the fans to tell them that. In fact, they don’t need the fans AT ALL. (Double Heel Turn!) Tonight, Joey says, begins a new era: The Era of The Legacy
Fan: Hey WWE already used that!
TOC: Shut up, everyone’s forgotten about that, we can steal it now

- After the match, Mindfreak beats down Brent Harvanator!
GCW Smack It Down Episode 1:
EARLIER TONIGHT: SOC is interviewed as he brings in a huge cake with Jake Robin. SOC says that starting tonight, Smack It Down has a new championship: the GCW World Heavyweight Championship. Not only that, but Smack It Down has a new superstar: the GCW World Heavyweight Champion, Brent Thompson! He says that Thompson is much better than Harv and that this World Championship has more main event status, showing Smack It Down to be the better brand. For these reasons, SOC says that Brent shall be given a welcoming party.

IN RING: SOC and Jake Robin are in the ring as SOC welcomes everyone to the very first Smack It Down of Season 2. He tells the crowd to get on their feet and give a warm Smack It Down welcome to a good man, the World Heavyweight Champion Brent Thompson! Thompson comes out to the ring greeting all the fans as well as Robin and SOC. Brent says how good it feels to be on Smack It Down and away from the likes of Quick Silver, Mindfreak, and Max. He says SID will provide an opportunity for more competition and more of a variety of challengers. SOC agrees and decides to put Brent Thompson in a “test” to see how he’d fit on SID. SOC makes tonight’s main event Brent Thompson vs. Jake Robin in a non-title match!

MATCH: Perfecto def. Who The Hell Is This??

BACKSTAGE: SOC seems to be enjoying himself when Ben Hitman enters saying that it’s no surprise that his re-match clause has been denied. SOC says Hitman is no-good, just how he has been ever since GCW Evolution. Hitman tells SOC to forget the feud, it’s over now that Team Canada has broken up and the GCW Title is no longer here. SOC tells him on the contrary, the GCW World Heavyweight Championship is here and is “bound to be mine…but not in the way you think.”

- Following the match, SOC comes down to applaud the two of them. Ben Hitman comes out and tells Thompson not to listen to SOC. GCW Brawl Is War Episode 2:
IN RING: Quick Silver is in the ring and re-states his mission: to rid Jason McMichaels of GCW for good. He calls out McMichaels to “get the beating that he deserves.” Tony MacDaniels, instead, comes out and says that McMichaels has done nothing to Quick Silver but help him. It was Silver that ruined everything by running McMichaels over. Silver says that McMichaels was the one who ruined everything after Silver lost the GCW World Title to Thompson at Rebellion. MacDaniels says that Silver isn’t worthy to hold a championship, not even to be in GCW. Silver says that he has added a mission: to show MacDaniels that he is nothing and that Silver is the one who can hold championships and accomplishments. Silver also says that if it wasn’t for Stevi T attacking Lu Bu at the America’s Cup, MacDaniels wouldn’t be as big a star as he is. McMichaels decides he has had enough and tells Silver to “put up or shut up.” Tonight, in the first of three main events, it will be Quick Silver vs. Tony MacDaniels in a non-title match! Also tonight, Mindfreak and Brent Harvanator will play Pick Your Poison!

Because at the CPV, it will be The General vs. Dangerous Danny! As for the 2 tag teams, McMichaels has good news. There will be another hardcore triple threat texas tornado tag team match at Backlash. But this time, the two challenging teams will be from different brands. The winner of their match will be Brawl Is War’s challenging team in the match at Backlash. Rodney Stevens then runs in and demands another match with Ken Brington! McMichaels turns him down. - Following the match, Jacob Smith & Shane Jones appear on stage and tell Joey Thompson how disappointed they are. They say that Joey’s lost his mind and thinks he is of more worth than he really is. Joey says he had to carry the whole team, with Shane chasing and failing to gain the World Title and Jacob always losing their matches. A match is made for next episode: The New Breed vs. The Legacy.

MATCH: Pick Your Poison: Mindfreak def. Reverend Jay

INTERVIEW: Rodney Stevens is asked about why he attacked Ty Q. Stevens avoids the question, instead talking about YankeeBoi50 turning him down yet again.

He says that he accepts Silver’s demand and makes a match: Tony MacDaniels vs. Quick Silver for the GCW International Championship at Backlash and if Silver wins, Jason McMichaels will leave GCW. However, Yankee has a catch for the match to “spice it up.” The contract and the International Title are going to be given to the ref, and will be hung some 20 feet in the air. MacDaniels and Silver will be battling in a Ladder Match!
GCW Smack It Down Episode 2:

MAIN EVENT: SOC’s Fellowship (Jake Robin & Perfecto) w/SOC def. Ben Hitman & Mr. Canada w/Brent Thompson as guest referee.
- Match ending: Ben Hitman hits a Maple Knee on Robin as Perfecto and Canada battle on the outside. SOC gets on the apron and applauds Brent for a “great job he’s doing.” Brent, respectfully, tries to tell SOC to get down off the apron. Hitman, who has a cover on Robin, mistakes Brent’s respectfulness for friendship and goes over to yell at him. SOC & Hitman get into an argument as Brent tries to respectfully break the two up. Suddenly, Robin turns Hitman around and nails his new finisher (Canada’s Wastebasket [wasteland]) and covers him. Brent slowly, and seeming to be reluctantly, makes the 3 count.
- After the match, YankeeBoi50 comes on the titantron and says that he has an answer for Brent. The #1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship is…SOC. Yankee then pauses and says “and Ben Hitman.” But, this match is “in need” of a special stipulation when compared to what Brawl Is War has planned. So Yankee decides that this triple threat match at Backlash will be an Ultimate Sacrifice Match! If Brent is the losing man, he will lose the World Heavyweight Title to the man that pinned him. If Hitman is the losing man, he must leave GCW permanently. If SOC is the losing man, he will lose his GM powers. Next week, however, the three will have a beat the clock challenge where the winner can change his stipulation for the better.

BACKSTAGE: Ty Q and Rodney Stevens are getting into a brawl when Ken Brington comes in and tries to help fight off Stevens. Suddenly, Claudio Giordano comes in and attacks Brington! Eventually, Jason McMichaels ends up seeing this and decides that there’s only one way to settle this: It will be Brington vs. Stevens vs. Ty Q vs. Giordano in a 4 Way Match at Backlash for the Hardcore Title. In the meantime, however, tonight the 4 will be in a tag team match: Brington & Ty Q vs. Giordano & Stevens.

BACKSTAGE: Jason McMichaels says tonight he will do he did on LAST season’s episode 3: play le switcheroo with the two big feuds on Brawl Is War. Tonight, Mindfreak will face Tony MacDaniels and, in the main event, Brent Harvanator will face Quick Silver.

GCW Smack It Down Episode 3:

MATCH: Napoleon def. EAS Test

BACKSTAGE: Ben Hitman is interviewed about what occurred last episode in the main event. Hitman says that Brent is too respectful, because SOC and him have a history, and because SOC is trying to do to Brent what SOC did to Ben at the beginning of Season 1. Brent comes over, however, and says it was a miscommunication. Besides, he’s got food to put on the table and a life he has to live. Brent says he doesn’t want to lose his main event status or job just because he’s “on cold feet” with the GM. Ben tells Brent that what he’s saying is a bunch of bull****. Brent says he is serious and that he doesn’t understand SOC’s happiness but he appreciates it kinda. Ben and Brent get into a minor staredown before security warns both to back off.

- Following the match, Mr. Canada came out and attacked Jake Robin.

Napoleon: *angry*

MATCH: Maximum Max & Venom def. Francis Kash & Jack Rocket (Max pins Rocket)

MATCH: Beat the Clock Challenge: Perfecto def. Brent Thompson by DQ

MATCH: Non-Title Match: Reigns Brothers def. D-Mack & K-Wack (Chad Reigns over K-Wack)

MAIN EVENT: Beat the Clock Challenge: Shawn O’Connor def. Mr. Canada (8:00)
- As the ref is out, SOC grabs brass knuckles out. Brent Thompson and Ben Hitman attempt to interfere and team up on SOC. Ben nails a Maple Knee, making SOC stagger and vulnerable, which allows Brent to nail SOC with a GTS. Ben, thinking Brent is trying to get the crowd’s love, argues with Brent again. Perfecto then comes out and it turns into a 3-way brawl on the outside. Jake Robin comes in and nails a Canada’s Wastebacket on Mr. Canada. Robin then drags SOC on top of Mr. Canada and rolls the ref in for the 3 count.

AFTER THE MATCH: SOC, laughing, says that since he can’t remove the stipulation fully, he will change it to that he has to be made to SUBMIT ONLY to lose GM Power.
