GCW Brawl Is War Episode 10

- SEGMENT: Quick Silver comes out to the ring and talks about how last night he did something worthy. He overcame the odds of people saying he couldn’t do it. He pretends to get very emotional and then says that is how we are as a society- weak; because we can cry over the stupidest things. One example is Brent Thompson not receiving another title match. He says that Brent is a nobody and that Brent had the chance to prove himself, but he failed. Brent comes out and says that he remembers differently. Brent remembers getting screwed at Night of Champions, and then not having a re-match and instead got placed in matches with a freak like Mindfreak, and Maximum Max. He does not recall ever getting a one-on-one title match. Quick Silver says that as champion he does not have to grant Brent a re-match. Jason McMichaels then enters out and applauds Quick Silver because he “gets the business” unlike Brent Thompson. McMichaels tells Brent he’s acting like a spoiled child and that as long as he’s in charge there will NEVER be another title match for Brent Thompson ever again. YankeeBoi50 then enters and asks McMichaels about the quote “while HE’S in charge…” Yankee proclaims that HE is in charge and knows that Brent never got a fair match because he’s had to hold off for Tony MacDaniels, for Maximum Max, and for the four way match- most of which is at the fault of Silver and MacDaniels! So, Yankee grants Brent not only a title match at the next CPV, Rebellion, but also the ability to pick what match the two are going to have. Brent decides that it is time for this feud to start making its way to its end. He remembers though a man in TWA- a fighting champion. A man who was never afraid to stand up for what he believed. This was a man who was a multiple time champion and Hall of Famer. This is Max’s old friend and arch nemesis- Ash Ketchum. Ash had a specialty match that he never lost in. It is also a match to signify the turning point or end of things- a match where one wrestler will stay down for good. Brent Thompson vs. Quick Silver at Rebellion will be…LAST MAN STANDING! Jason McMichaels protests and moans about how he is the GM and doesn’t have a say. Yankee gives him a say so he’ll “quit acting like a baby.” Jason says that he’ll give a stipulation far worse than what Silver had at Night of Champions. This match will be a Last Chance Match. The reason McMichaels picks this is because he would love to see Brent in his own league, and in his own ring, surrounded by his own people, with no ability to gain a title match with nothing they can do about it. McMichaels laughs evily as he exits.

- BACKSTAGE: After the commercial, YankeeBoi50 announces the start of a new tournament- the King of the Galaxy Tournament (GCW’s version of the King of the Ring). The winner will get a special prize to be announced after the final match. This tournament is the same style as the U.S. Cup. Brawl Is War’s brackets are revealed:
o Ken Brington vs. Claudio Giordano
o Tony MacDaniels vs. Shamus McCoy
o Maximum Max vs. Reaper X
o Shane Jones vs. James Layfield

- MATCH: King of the Galaxy Round 1 Match: Claudio Giordano def. Ken Brington

- BACKSTAGE: James Layfield and Brock are being interviewed about how they now have to face the New Breed’s Joseph Tyler and Jacob Smith whenever the New Breed chooses and however they choose. They both show confidence without worry, but say that they shouldn’t have to do this because Reaper never quit at No Mercy.

- MATCH: King of the Galaxy Round 1 Match: Tony MacDaniels def. Shamus McCoy

- BACKSTAGE: Quick Silver and Brent Thompson reveal to each other their opponents while trading insults: Brent Thompson will face Shadow Vega tonight, while Quick Silver will face a TWA superstar from the WCCW roster.

- MATCH: King of the Galaxy Round 1 Match: Maximum Max def. Reaper X, who seemed weakened
o After the match, Reaper got up and complained about how he never said anything and it’s bulls*** that his rookies have to go through something they shouldn’t. Reaper said they will pay one way or another.

- BACKSTAGE: Sapphire and Emerald are attacking Mini!

- BACKSTAGE: McMichaels seems to be in a bad mood, and Yankee asks him if he is. McMichaels yells “What do you think?!?” McMichaels talks about how it’s not fair he has the GM powers but he can’t use them. Yankee argues that he uses them- with bias and overpower. McMichaels snaps and says he has had enough and challenges Yankee to get in the ring. Yankee says that he does not wrestle anymore, but McMichaels is relieved of his duties for the evening. McMichaels leaves in anger.

- MATCH: GCW International Championship: The Rockin’ Freebird def. (c.) EAS Test as a result of interference from The General TO WIN THE INTERNATIONAL TITLE!

- INTERVIEW: Ruby is interviewed about her girls attacking Mini. Ruby talks about The Beautiful Peoples’ dominance and how they cannot be stopped.

- MATCH: Reigns Brothers def. Jobnation (Default CAW & Random Douche)
o After the match, Reigns Brothers call out Jack London- the man who cost them their title match at No Mercy. Jack London calls out and simply tells them they’re unworthy pieces of trash- that’s all he has to say.

- BACKSTAGE: Some Jobber is by himself in a dark room, thinking about what he could do “to change himself.”

- MATCH: Brent Thompson def. Shadow Vega after the lights go out and then come back on and then Brent hits the GTS.

- MAIN EVENT: Quick Silver def. Prototype B
